Acceptance of this Agreement means acceptance of the terms of dealing with Hemsida Design
– We receive requests to create websites through any available means of communication with us, whether by phone, e-mail, or any other means.
Accepting to pay any amounts for the design or modification of a website or any software service that we perform for you or for any other person through you means accepting the terms that were agreed upon according to the means of communication that was used.
We usually accept part of the agreement equal to half the value of the agreement. Upon completion of the required work, the remaining amount of the agreement is requested, and the remaining amount must be paid within a maximum period of one week from the date of completion of the work.
The agreement regarding software works is always done through correspondence, and the basic details of the agreement must be mentioned in a written text through e-mail or any other text method, and we always prefer correspondence through our e-mail.
– When we are unable to carry out the required work within the agreed period, any amount paid through the site is returned to the customer by refunding the amount to the card paid during our site in a period ranging from one week to two working weeks as a maximum.
Our customers are informed of any developments related to the implementation of the required work and any obstacles outside our control, if they are found that require stopping, postponing or canceling the work.
– When our customers have force majeure circumstances that require stopping the required work, we have the right to request the full amount agreed upon when contracting or to estimate any amount appropriate for the stage in which the project was suspended, and the customer has no right to request any payments he made.
– Notifying you and receiving the agreed work will be through any means of communication available to us.
Any substantial modifications to the required work. We have the right to request additional amounts according to our estimation for the period necessary to implement the modifications, and we have the right to reject the modifications if they are outside our ability to implement without any restrictions or obligations on us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
